For some of the reasons DeMuro mentioned (crap visibility) plus a few more. The rear seats are horrible to get in and out of, just for all 5'8" of me. Putting a child seat back there, then getting my kids in and out was a non-starter. The rear trunk (is that right, what do you call the storage area in the back of a wagon) is a downgrade from my wife's E46 wagon. Tried to get our jogging stroller back there (which fits, though tightly, in the E46).

The space issue are all due to that lovely-looking slope in the back. Makes the rear doors and hatch smaller and harder to fit things into. I'd rather transplant my E39 M5 powertrain and suspension into a wagon and make a M5 Touring if I want a hot wagon. Probably be cheaper.

The new CTS-V's price point would be a non-starter for me. I have the current V and the visibility isn't bad for me. I use my mirrors religiously and I seem to manage just fine. rear visibility is abysmal since the rear window is so far away and so small.

Yeh. SOOOO many Caddies are neutral colors for the masses, you often forget. My brother owns a Cadillac franchise and I hated the greys and blacks, and darker greys, and lighter blacks.
